Mid Term Sign Up Form for Saturday Track Club Spring Term 2025 - January 11th to April 5th Please complete this form if you are signing up for Saturday Track Club after the start of the term so we have all the necessary details. No payment is taken here as this is sorted via BACS. Fees for mid term sign up are £5 per session pro rata. For example, if you attend your first session on 25th January, it would be £50 for the remainder of the term. This is because there would be no charge for the free trial on 25th, then there would be 10 sessions remaining of the term so 10 x £5 = £50 Bank Details are: JAMES WRIGHT 40-39-11 42352397 Please send email confirmation to admin@wrighttrack.co.uk when you have made payment. IGNORE THE START DATE - I have put the start date as the final session of the term to keep the booking form open for the whole term.
