U13/U15 ATHLETES LOOKING TO FOCUS ON SPRINTS & HURDLES
ABOUT
Our Development Academy if offered to athletes at this stage of development. Training frequency increases to 3 times a week and continues to become more structured. Technical work starts to become more specific and detailed around the sprint and hurdle events. One specific S&C session is introduced, where athletes learn key movements in the gym and build general strength qualities through various bodyweight/low resistance exercises
ATHLETES
This group is suitable for athletes aged 12 to 14 with passion and potential in the sprints and hurdles event group
TRAINING
The group trains three times a week. This includes two sessions on the track and one dedicated Strength & Conditioning session. Track sessions are on Wednesdat and Saturday, with S&C sessions on Monday
