TRAINING SQUADS

ABOUT THE GROUPS

We offer three groups for athletes aged 12 and above appropriate for their current level of development

BENEFITS

As a member of any of our main training groups, you will receive:

  • Structured sessions as part of a carefully designed annual training programme

  • Integrated Strength & Conditioning training to aid development and performance

  • Guidance through the busy competition season and on the day competition support 

  • Support with key lifestyle factors that influence training such as nutrition, sleep and education
